The Relax Guest House is a Victorian town house in the centre of Edinburgh within the beautiful Georgian new town. We offer comfortable and modern accommodation: all rooms have en-suite facilities and high speed internet access.

The Relax Guest House is just ten minutes from Princes Street and George Street, where you will find some of the world's best shops, restaurants and bars, close to all major tourist attractions. One large family room features a large Adams-style white fireplace and has 2 double beds. The decor uses light swags and tails alongside hand-picked ornaments to complement the Victorian style of this bright sunny room. The second room is in the basement. Overlooking the sunny front courtyard, with a bright simple look, this room used to be the old kitchen.

Restaurants and Bars

Our dining area is very pleasant and we seat up to 20 guests, it's very modern with a touch of class too. You can enjoy your breakfast with a lovely view out looking the City, including our 42inch wide screen plasma TV.
